What we did
The building, which began construction in October 2018, comprises a three-storey CAT A office, featuring open-plan workspaces, a full height atrium with an internal staircase, and a balcony terrace. The office complex has also been finished with energy-saving LED lighting and photovoltaic roof panels.
SD was asked to work on the main entrance lobby, stairwells and more, using sealants and finishing skills at J.P. Morgan’s head offices in Foundation Park, Maidenhead. Working with the contractor, Wates, the project ran smoothly and the team delivered an exceptional service.
It was great to work on the £36.7M development, now home to J.P. Morgan Asset Management. The whole building was designed to a very high spec, so we ensured our work matched the intricate details that needed finishing. This led to the team being involved with the building for up to two years.
Results
SD was awarded the sealant package for internal sanitaryware, tiling and floor tile junctions to the main entrance lobby and stairwells for this project, which was completed earlier this year to a very high standard.
