The Riverside Court homes are a development of spacious, comfortable, low maintenance retirement apartments that are suitable for anyone over 60 who is keen to maintain an independent lifestyle, whilst still having peace of mind that someone is there.
The project, which began earlier this year in March, included various repairs to worktops, internal wood grain doors and stone sills for the modern 1 & 2 bedroom apartments.
The care homes are based in a very sought after location at the foot of the beautiful Brecon Beacons National Park and are proving very popular since opening. The project was completed in July and residents are now moving in to the properties, with only a few rooms remaining available.
After completing this project, the cosmetic repairs team at SD has developed a great working relationship with McCarthy & Stone which they hope will continue into the future.
