Our sealant applicators were invited to carry out both internal and external works to the latest Finzels Reach development on behalf of Willmott Dixon. The residential scheme, worth £63m and lead by property developer Cubex, sees 297 apartments built across two properties on the site of the former Avon Fire and Rescue headquarters.
The largest of these buildings is Millwrights Place, which provides 231 private rental apartments in a 14-storey building, with one and two bedroom homes available to residents in the South West, alongside roof terracing, underground parking and a courtyard with bike stores.
The SD Sealants team were on-site at Millwrights Place from November 2022 through to the end of 2023 and carried out a range of general internal finishes, including internal frames, flooring, and sanitaryware to the apartments, as well as application to the external façade of the building (access from a mastclimber).
