Liberty Care Home is a 72 assisted-bedroom care home situated in Whitchurch, a small town in the heart of Shropshire. The home has been designed to provide a quiet, scenic and comfortable setting providing 24-hour care for local elderly residents.
Our cosmetic repairs team have been on hand at Liberty to carry out hard surface repair and finishing to various areas around the building, including aluminium frames, doorways to bedrooms and lounge areas, internal units, cracked tiles and worktop surfaces.
As can often happen during the build and install of a new development, chips and scratches had occurred throughout the interior, which is where the SD team come in to carry out expert, efficient repairs that return all surfaces back to their original, flawless quality.
Alongside this, numerous stone sills had been damaged by other trades chipping them when removing scaffold and installing glass balustrades, which our team were happy to assist with as we are very experienced in repairing exterior stonework.
SD spent approximately 30 man days on site over the course of the year running up to August 2024, after being contracted by construction partner Triton. Overall a great job to work on and most importantly a happy client!
