Based at Bristol’s iconic harbourside, McArthur’s Yard is a collection of one, two and three bed apartments that are housed across three innovatively designed buildings.
Once known as McArthur’s Warehouse, the site was formerly the headquarters of a metal merchant founded in the 1860s. The buildings fell into disrepair after being empty for over two decades, and now are being redeveloped into stunning, waterside homes for Bristol residents.
Overseen by Hill Partnerships and Guinness Homes, the new development required sealant application and finishing to its 142 dwellings and various communal areas – a task that the SD sealant team have been undertaking for the past twelve months with work having commenced May 2023.
Works are being carried out to various finishes at McArthur’s Yard, including internal frames, floor finishes, sanitaryware, external frames and expansion joints.
We expect work to be complete later this year and with new residents already snapping up the sought-after properties, our team are working tirelessly to ensure completion dates are achieved.
