SD Team completes work on Bedminster Green student accommodation

The newly constructed building, designed for students at The University of Bristol, officially welcomed its first residents to the regeneration area last September, where it accommodates for over 800 people.

What we did 

SD Team spent 90 days on-site carrying out cosmetic repairs and services on behalf of Watkin Jones, who are the leading residential for rent developer in the UK, ensuring it was ready to open its doors for the next batch of students starting or continuing their higher education journey.

Our fully qualified and highly trained cosmetic professionals supported Watkin Jones on a variety of furniture items, keeping the project sustainable by making repairs to them as opposed to replacing them and ultimately helping the environment, and the bottom line.

Our skilled technicians worked on door, desk, and furniture repairs across the complex, where they brought any imperfections like chips, scratches, and cracks back to their original condition.

As well as this, work was carried out on the pods within the rooms, where the team worked on the bathroom interiors, fixing any damages to shower trays, sinks and sanitary ware.
