The £36.7M development covers 68,425 sq ft and will be home to J.P. Morgan Asset Management, which already has a head office in London and is now expanding in Berkshire. The building, which began construction in October 2018, comprises a three-storey CAT A office, featuring open plan work spaces, a full height atrium with internal staircase, and a balcony terrace. The office complex has also been finished with energy saving LED lighting and photovoltaic roof panels.
SD were awarded the sealant package for internal sanitaryware, tiling and floor tile junctions to the main entrance lobby and stairwells for this project, which was completed earlier this year to a very high standard. See below some of the work carried out at Foundation Park:
