The UK’s leading sealants and cosmetic repairs company has hired a new production planner at its Chepstow office to support its current expansion strategy across the UK.
SD teams and Cosmetic Repairs has hired Dave Morley to liaise with clients and maintain the company’s customer care system, managing sealant and cosmetic surface repairs teams throughout the country.
The Chepstow-headquartered company, hich operates nationwide, has seen a considerable increase in demand for all of its services in the last 18-36 months. For three consecutive years SD has bucked the declining trend of the construction industry, with turnover increasing year on year.
With demand for SD’s services set to continue rising in 2016, Dave’s role will ensure the company continues to deliver leading customer service to clients, and ensure internal systems are maintained, even as the company completes over 400 jobs every week.
Speaking about his new role, Dave said: “I am very happy to have joined SD, 2016 looks to be an exciting year for the company, and I look forward to the challenges ahead. I can honestly say that no two days are the same, and even with 25 years of experience working in a similar role, it is great to face new challenges on a daily basis.”

SD currently has vacancies for mastic applicators and cosmetic surface repair technicians, as well as opportunities for trainee mastic applicators who will be given full training leading to NVQ2 qualification in Mastic Application.
