What we did
University Arms is a historic boutique hotel set in the heart of Cambridge’s City Centre that offers views over Parker’s Piece. The team worked on repairing and restoring some gold interior decor, meaning there was no need to replace any historic decoration and in turn reduced costs.
University Arms is a beautiful building, and the team worked hard to ensure that all damaged items were restored to their original standard. The team did excellent work and we were pleased with the result.
Results
All damage was fixed to an exacting standard and the hotel was able to choose a time and date that best suited their needs. The team carried out their work within three days and left the place in top condition.
