SD teams has had a promising first quarter of 2017. The company has seen fast growth in the past few months and will be creating fifty new jobs.
It also has ambitious plans to acquire additional companies this year to ensure the business continues to grow at a consistent rate.
As well as bringing in a wave of new employees, SD teams will also be adding thirty five new vehicles to its fleet as part of its current expansion plans.
Managing Director of SD teams, Nick Jones, said: “We couldn’t be happier with the progress made already this year. We’ve had a great first quarter, and we intend to continue growing at this rate for the foreseeable future. We are an ambitious company and want to continue the record breaking year we had in 2016, and with that in mind, we are hoping that the new additions to our team, both in terms of workforce and vehicles, will help us achieve this.”
Launched in 1973, SD teams and Cosmetic Repairs originated as a family run business in Somerset that specialised in the supply and application of sealant. Since then, the business has gone from strength to strength, becoming one of the UK’s largest sealant companies, with eight offices across England, Scotland and Wales.
In that time, SD teams has extended its services to include cosmetic building repairs, and as of this month, has introduced a new tiling service to its portfolio. The team will be providing tiling assistance nationally for house builders and commercial businesses in the hotel, leisure and retail sectors.
Managing Director, Nick, added: “We launched the new tiling service to complement the success of our sealant and cosmetic repair divisions. We’ve had a great deal of customer demand for tiling in the past, and so we’re excited to get started and to offer something new for our clients.”
