What we did
The beachside house, which is glass fronted and set over three floors is estimated to cost an impressive £5.5 million after its development with Fox Construction. It is based in the beautiful area of Portmellon, Cornwall, and its famous sandy beach is set in a small cove. At low tide rock pools are exposed and on some occasions seals can be seen swimming off the beach or resting on the rocks.
This was one of our biggest projects on a single property to date, with extensive work carried out to the external frames and expansion joints, eight different bathrooms and approximately 800 meters of tiled floors.
It’s difficult for pictures to do this amazing beachside house justice, but the SD Team thoroughly enjoyed being on site in sunny Cornwall and working on such a unique property for three days in June, they did a truly great job.
Results
The floor to ceiling walls were all sealed immaculately and the property is looking stunning ready for residents and holiday goers to move in. The team carried out their work within three days and left the place in top condition.
